The 2019 Airside Safety Campaign

An innovative awareness campaign for airside safety management was deployed at the end of 2019. Collaboration between the Air Operations team and the Communications department made it possible to engage employees while promoting them by using a new approach.

The campaign features cartoon-style superheroes inspired by the Marvel series that depict employees. After all, their mission is very similar to that of a superhero ! Their role is to point out dangers in order to minimize the risk of incidents and accidents on airside.  This creative approach emphasizes the benefits of good safety management instead of highlighting the consequences or inspiring a feeling of fear.

The campaign is deployed in the form of posters in the targeted workplaces. For those who would like to see them, here are a few photos.
