As part of the REM Station construction project, blasting work will begin in the construction site already present around the P5 parking lot (north) <\/strong>on January 31, 2022<\/strong>, and continue until September 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Concerned area <\/strong><\/p>\n

The secure area is represented by the red square below. Micro-blasting will take place in the access shaft.<\/p>\n

Sequence for each blasting operation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Warning: Twelve short alarm signals will be heard in and around the construction site.<\/li>\n
  2. Controlled blasting.<\/li>\n
  3. Long alarm signal once the blasting is completed and construction site activities are resumed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    During the blasting, you will not feel any vibrations unless you are very close to the job site. The vibration usually lasts only one second.<\/p>\n

    Blasting schedule <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The blasting work will be carried out mostly during daytime and the number of blasts will vary depending on the progress of the work.<\/p>\n
