National AccessAbility Week, celebrated each year starting on the last Sunday in May, is an important time to celebrate the contribution of people with disabilities to society, and to promote efforts to increase accessibility and inclusion in communities and workplaces.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This year, from May 26 to June 1, the theme of the Week is “Forward Together: Accessibility and Inclusion for All”, which makes perfect sense for ADM A\u00e9roports de Montr\u00e9al, as it continues its work in this area and proudly joins forces with major partners, such as K\u00e9roul, Montr\u00e9al’s organization which promotes and develops accessible tourism and culture, to provide a satisfying experience for users on the YUL Montr\u00e9al-Trudeau International Airport site.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, a year ago, YUL was proudly awarded the “Accessible” rating by K\u00e9roul. The airport is now recognized as a site accessible to people with reduced mobility, which means that our facilities not only meet all accessibility criteria, but above all offer a satisfactory visitor experience for most people with motor or sensory impairments. But the work continues!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With an <\/span>accessibility plan<\/span><\/a> with clear targets set until 2026, ADM is committed to complying with applicable accessibility legislation and regulations, while seeking to exceed these requirements wherever possible. ADM’s accessibility policy is regularly reviewed to ensure that it remains up to date and <\/span>relevant and<\/span> continues to reflect its commitment to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all travellers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
