2024 theme: A culture of safety

This year’s theme is the culture of safety.

But what does it really mean?

In a nutshell, it’s the way members of an organization behave towards safety and risk when no one is watching. It represents the primary reflex in the event of an incident or accident; the way we act under operational pressure.

In other words, safety must be anchored in the corporate culture: every employee becomes an ambassador for this culture and applies it to everything they do. This same culture also encourages every employee to report safety issues openly, so that they can be assessed quickly and effectively.

A rich program

The SMS team at ADM Aéroports de Montréal has been working on the 2024 program for several months now.

Scan the QR Code and register to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the activities and learn more about aviation safety. Test your knowledge and maximize your chances of winning!
