Thanks to your involvement and your customer service, YUL has risen to third place in the “Best Airport Staff Service” category in North America. In addition, YUL enters for the first time in the ranking in the “World’s Cleanest Airport” category for the same geographic area, with a fifth position.
“As activities are slowly resuming at our international airport, I am proud to know that the excellent work of the employees of service companies, of the staff of air carriers, of the employees of government agencies, and of those of concessions and businesses has been recognized in a most difficult context. YUL has stood out for several years for the quality of its welcome and its desire to put the passenger experience at the heart of its concerns. Even though the pandemic has forced us to review our ways of doing things, this is a principle that is dear to us” said Philippe Rainville, President and CEO of ADM Aéroports de Montréal.
