Every year, the Canadian Airports Council (CAC) rolls out a major awareness campaign, called Airport Safety Week, highlighting the main priorities in the field of aviation safety. ADM Aéroports de Montréal works closely with the CAC every year to provide the YUL community with the information and tools it needs to ensure that airport safety remains a priority for all.

We need your help

As an airport authority, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is committed to making every effort to minimize airside risks and ensure the highest level of air safety performance – both for the employees who work on site, and for the travellers.

But to achieve these ambitious goals, we need your help! Whether you’re a colleague in the office, an operator on the apron, or a subcontractor striding through the jetties and runways of YUL, it’s the sum of all your efforts that ensures the effectiveness of our Safety Management System (SMS).

In concrete terms, you can contribute by:

  • Taking action to promote flight safety.
  • Keeping an eye out for, eliminating and reporting sources of potential danger.
  • Staying informed about safety issues.
  • Sharing your experiences, mistakes and suggestions for improving our ways of doing things and our environment.

An SMS team from ADM Aéroports de Montréal is on hand to support the community in identifying hazards, implementing and following up complex corrective actions or initiating in-depth investigations.
