Several services and facilities are available to disabled people at YUL; to offer them a satisfying experience and reduce the obstacles they may face during the passenger process. All the services described, which are adapted according to the disability, are offered free of charge and without conditions. 

Since 2021, a passenger assistance service has been available between the drop-off zone and the check-in counter (departures level) and between the public area and the pick-up zone (arrivals area). This assistance is offered with a wheelchair, by cart, on foot, or for baggage transport.
