Closure of the entrance to A‑40 EAST (Metropolitan) from A-520 (Côte-de-Liesse), from October 4 to 7, 2024 

From Friday 11 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m., the eastbound entrance from A-520 to A-40 will be closed. The detour will be via the feeder road (Côte-de-Liesse) up to the subsequent entrance. At night, complete closures of the right lane of A-40 (Metropolitan) will also be required, on either side of the entrance from A-520, according to the following schedule: Friday 11 p.m. to Saturday 9:30 a.m. and Sunday 10 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. 

These closures will be accompanied by the partial closure (1 open lane) of the eastbound feeder road (Côte-de-Liesse) in the same segment. 

The planned roadwork may cause eastbound congestion on A-40 or A-520, or on the eastbound feeder road to A‑40. Longer travel times are to be expected. 

 

Closures near the Dorval interchange from October 6 to 10, 2024  

• Closure of Highway 20 eastbound, between Exit 56 – P.-E.-Trudeau / A-520 east / Av. Dorval and the entrance from boul. Bouchard, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day.  
• Closure of Autoroute 20 westbound, between exit 56-O – P.-E.-Trudeau and the entrance from boulevard Montréal-Toronto, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day.  
• Closure of boulevard Bouchard (overpass over Highway 20), between fire station no. 63 and the Dorval traffic circle, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day.  
• (From October 6 to 7) Closure of the ramp leading from Roméo-Vachon Boulevard (Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau International Airport) to Highway 520 eastbound, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day.  

 

Detour routes will be marked with temporary signage.
