From September 15 to 19, Canadian Airports Safety Week will take place, organized by the Canadian Airports Council (CAC). This initiative aims to promote the adoption of safe and healthy working practices within our airport community. ADM Aéroports de Montréal is proud to join this initiative by offering you a series of enriching activities designed to enhance our collective safety culture.
The objective? To strengthen our safety culture and raise awareness among all employees about the importance of maintaining safe practices and working methods that protect both colleagues and passengers.
Theme: Human Factors and Training
This year’s theme is human factors and training.
But what does it really mean? Human and organizational factors (such as fatigue, stress, or workload) directly influence our ability to work effectively and safely. In fact, fatigue is the leading cause of vehicle accident risks at the airport.
Be alert to signs of fatigue in yourself and your colleagues, such as frequent yawning, constant blinking, braking late, taking the wrong route, having difficulty finding a comfortable position, unintentionally changing lanes, or failing to check mirrors.
2025 Programming: don’t miss any activity
For several months, the ADM Aéroports de Montréal SMS Team has been working on a program packed with activities.
