Safety is everyone’s business. To better understand how it is experienced and perceived in our daily work environment, ADM is launching a survey on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture, open to the entire airport community!

It’s anonymous, quick (less than 2 minutes), and essential to building a safer, more collaborative work environment. 

Posters are also displayed on the second floor of the terminal, in the baggage claim areas, and in the breezeway to remind you to participate. 

Why this survey? 

OHS culture reflects how safety is embedded in our behaviors, decisions, and practices. By participating, you help: 

• Assess safety perception and engagement: How is safety perceived? What is our collective level of involvement? 

• Identify strengths and areas for improvement: To implement concrete and relevant actions. 

• Track progress over time: To monitor developments and adjust our strategies accordingly. 

This initiative is part of a continuous improvement approach aligned with international standards such as ISO 45001.
