YUL’s airport community employees won second place in the “Best Airport Staff Service” category in North America.

In addition, YUL remains in the top 10 in the overall “Best Airports” category in North America and has managed to climb 5 spots compared to last year, with a 46th place in the top 100 international airports ranking as voted on by travellers around the world.

The Skytrax World Airport Awards are presented as part of the world’s largest annual airport customer satisfaction survey, conducted at more than 565 airports and millions of travellers worldwide. These awards reflect the high regard that passengers have for YUL’s customer service teams, who stood out for their professionalism, courtesy and comprehensive approach both in the terminal building and through increasingly extensive digital assistance services.
