Would you like to take a walk along YUL’s runways for a good cause? Don’t miss the opportunity to take part in the annual “FOD Walk 2026”, an activity held as part of National Airport Safety Week.

The acronym “FOD” stands for Foreign Object Debris, meaning any object or debris found on airport grounds that could pose a risk to aircraft.

Participating in a FOD Walk is a unique opportunity to access the airport’s airside area. You will be guided near the runways and learn how to identify foreign objects and debris. By helping collect them, you will contribute to making our operating environment even safer.

This year, the FOD Walk will take place at YUL on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Interested? You must first obtain your manager’s approval. Then, simply scan the QR code below and complete the registration form.
