The new Paramount restaurant is officially opened since January 28. Located in the public area, near the domestic zone, it brings new flavours to the airport food offering.

Paramount indeed offers authentic Lebanese dishes, cooked after international chiefs’ recipes. All that, based on fresh, good quality ingredients. It is the first branch of this franchise in Quebec, that is growing across the country.

Until April 30th, Paramount offers a 10% discount to all airport community members (upon presentation of confirmation you work at YUL). You can try grilled meats on charcoal, vegetarian dishes, freshly baked breads from the stone oven and handmade desserts.
