Accessible via yul.com and yulsatisfaction.admtl.com, this new tool will meet passengers’ real-time communication needs. A team of agents has been trained in the past few weeks to answer questions from travellers who are at YUL, planning to come or simply need information. This service is available 7 days a week from 5 am to 10 pm.
YUL is one of the first airports in Canada to offer a chat system, strengthening its position as an innovative airport that puts the passenger experience at the heart of its priorities.
Remember that the yulsatisfaction.admtl.com platform, launched in March 2019, offers plenty of information to facilitate the travel experience and also allows to send comments.
