Last October, ADM Aéroports de Montréal’s Airport Patrol team began its process of evaluating the existing security culture at YUL. A questionnaire was shared with you, in order to gather your feedback for the adjustment of the security action plan and orientations.

The results were conclusive: more than 90% of ADM Aéroports de Montréal employees and the greater YUL community stated that they understood their role and responsibilities in relation to security in the performance of their duties.

Since then, the team has continued its awareness-raising efforts with the launch of the campaign on the Terms and conditions attached to your pass. In the next few days, this campaign will continue to include posters in various locations in the terminal and a weekly mailing of video capsules via YULexpress.

Also, a new version of the Commitment in matters of security has just been launched, outlining our three responsibilities as an airport authority to foster a safe and secure environment for our employees and passengers.

In 2023, the Airport Patrol team wants to intensify its outreach efforts and aims to develop strategies to enable better recognition of your daily contribution to ensuring a participatory security culture at YUL. Stay tuned!
