Congratulations to the entire airport community!  

Every year, Skytrax launches a free survey, available to all airports, to assess the level of customer service in the airport industry. Following the vote, an award is presented at the Skytrax World Airport Awards – the equivalent of the Oscars!   

At the latest edition of the Skytrax World Airport Awards, YUL won two significant distinctions: first place in the “Best Airport Staff” category in North America, and first place in the “World’s Cleanest Airports” category in North America. 

YUL has also remained in the top 10 of the overall “Best Airports” category in North America for several years. Only one other Canadian airport is represented in this category. Finally, in the ranking of the top 100 international airports, YUL ranked 51st, as voted by travellers from around the world.
