Since the beginning of October, we are providing passengers with a new entertaining and soothing experience. A squad composed of 30 dogs has been formed to roam around the terminal, offering moments of companionship to travellers who can admire the animals and speak with their handlers. Called YUL Pet Squad, this initiative is so far greatly appreciated. Initially implemented as a pilot project in collaboration with the Companion Animal Adoption Centres of Québec (caacQ), the squad contributes to improve passengers experience.
