You have probably already encountered members of the YUL Ambassadors’ team in the terminal building, particularly at departures level, between the public and restricted areas.
Recognizable by their red jackets, their objective is to delight our passengers, contributing to make YUL the symbol of a warm, comforting and entertaining airport experience, as promoted by the new brand image.
This initiative, launched in July 2018, is celebrating its first year and is evolving from a pilot project to an ongoing program to continue to improve the passenger experience in the terminal.
The main missions of these ambassadors are to:
