Customer satisfaction: an impressive result !

YUL welcomes thousands of travellers every day and their satisfaction is the result of the work of the entire airport community.

Every quarter we survey passengers about their experience at YUL. The latest report for the period of July to September (Q3 – 2019) shows that our efforts to provide a superior airport experience are rewarded.

We achieved a satisfaction index of 80.1%, a record since 2009. We can be proud of this result, which demonstrates our commitment to passengers and the passion that drives us to surpass ourselves every day.
