Many of you may have read the article in La Presse (French only) this morning, presenting the results of a survey by the American commercial data analysis firm J.D. Power. ADM Aéroports de Montréal, like many other Canadian airports, questions the credibility of this ranking.
For its part, ADM gives much greater credibility to the Skytrax World Airport Awards, which are considered the benchmark for quality in the global airport industry. These are awarded based on a rigorous customer service and facilities evaluation process involving over 550 airports and millions of travellers worldwide.
Earlier this year, YUL was awarded 8th place in the Best Airports category and second place in the Best Airport Staff category among all North American airports. YUL is also certified 4 stars according to the “World Airport Star Rating”, following assessments by Skytrax’s independent auditors.
These distinctions are a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire YUL airport staff, and for that, you should be very proud.
Certainly, the capacity of our infrastructure represents a challenge, which is why we have tabled Flight Plan 2028, which aims to increase the capacity of both the landslide and terminal infrastructure.
Thank you again for your daily presence and your commitment to providing a remarkable passenger experience!
